Announcements ROTARY PROGRAM   The speaker at the Elizabethtown Rotary Club meeting on February 7th was County Judge Executive Harry Berry, on right.  Judge Berry was welcomed by Club President Michael Owsley and Program Chairperson Kelly Emerine.
