The Elizabethtown Noon Rotary Club welcomed CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program to their meeting on March 3, 2009. CASA is an established program nationwide that is new to the Hardin County area and utilizes volunteers to advocate for children in the Family Court System. In an effort to assist this worthy organization in getting established, the Noon Rotary Club made a donation of $250.
