On January 20, 2009, the Elizabethtown Noon Rotary hosted their annual speech competition for area students. This year's theme was "Make Dreams Real." The winner this year was Samantha Adams of Faith Home School Association and the runner-up was Andre Crutcher of Elizabethtown High School. This year's competition was organized by Rotarian Val Claycomb. |
