Rotarians Bob Swope, Skip Dunford and Dr. Bill Handley along with non-Rotarians Bill Ball, Bob Beatty and Ralph Young began the foundation work that would span the terms of Rotary Presidents Rick Baumgardner and Greg Jenkins. In 2008, a cooperative effort of the Noon Rotary Club and First Presbyterian Church installed two water purification systems in Guatemala that today provide clean water for over 6,000 Mayan-Man Indians. Two more water systems are to be installed in 2009. |
